DEPOSIT AND FINAL PAYMENT
- $200 minimum deposit is required. This must be received within 5 working days to secure
the reservation.
- Christmas and Triathlon periods require a minimum deposit of $1000 and must be received
within 5 working days of making the reservation to secure the booking.
- A final payment for the balance of the tariff and any extras is due on arrival.
PAYMENT METHOD
Cash, EFTPOS, Mastercard, VISA and Bankcard are accepted. Prior arrangements need to be made if
paying by cheque.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
The managers of Beaches International reserve the right to apply the following fees if the
reservation is cancelled or terminated.
Cancellation with greater than 30 days notice prior to the date of arrival (Christmas and Triathlon
periods 60 days):
- Deposit will be refunded less a $50 administration fee
Cancellation with less than 30 days notice but more the 7 days prior to the date of arrival
(excluding Christmas school holidays and Triathlon):
- A $50 administration fee plus 2 nights accommodation (at the pro rata nightly rate) or the
deposit of 50% of the tariff, which ever is the lesser.
Cancellation within 7 days of the date of arrival:
Failure to cancel the reservation and no check in on the date of arrival.
- Full tariff will be charged as the apartment is being held on your behalf until
notified.
Once the apartment is occupied:
- There is no refund of tariff in full or part for the booked period. Care should be taken
that the apartment is to your satisfaction on arrival as it is not possible to move you to a
different apartment without extra cost once the apartment has been occupied.
Christmas School Holidays and Triathlon if cancelled less than 60 days prior to arrival – no refund.
RELEVANT INFORMATION AND RULES FOR BEACHES INTERNATIONAL
- Check in time is 2pm (Christmas school holidays check in time is 3pm) on the day of
arrival unless prior arrangements for an early check in are made. Where possible this
will be provided on request. Please contact reception at least 24 hours prior to arrival
if the expected time of arrival is outside normal office hours (9:00am to 5:00pm) to ensure
your key can be picked up.
- Check out time is 10am on the day of departure (Christmas school holidays 9am check out).
- Guest gymnasium, pool, heated spa and undercover BBQ are provided.
- Nominated guests only. Only persons that are registered and named on the guest list are
to be accommodated in the apartment. The office staff must know all guests. This is important
information that will be required in the event of an emergency. Additional fees and maximum
numbers of guest per apartment apply. Invited non-registered guests are required to leave the
premises by 12 midnight.
- Under 18 year old guests. An adult must accompany persons under the age of 18 years of
age. The Managers of Beaches International reserve the right to refuse accommodation to
unaccompanied persons less than 18 years of age.
- Complimentary "guest starter pack" is supplied for your convenience on arrival.
(viz. coffee, tea, sugar, milk, dish washing wipe and scourer, dish washing liquid and
dishwasher powder sachets, bath soap and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom). Extra items are
for sale at the office if required.
- Linen. As part of the tariff the apartments are supplied with linen. Extra linen i.e.
towels can be obtained at a nominal fee.
- Mid services. Stays of 8 days or more will be offered a mid stay service (clean) and linen
change each week there after.
- Direct dial telephones for free local calls are provided per apartment. A phone card is
required for making STD calls and can be purchased at the Post Office or Newsagency. Family
and friends can phone you direct. Ask reception for your number.
- No smoking in the apartments. We respect your right to smoke but respectfully request you
do so on the balconies and not in the apartments or hallways. Cleaning cost to remove the
smell of smoke and/or repair any damage caused by smoking will incur a charge to the guest.
- Keys. Two sets of keys are available. Loss of keys will result in a charge of $65 per set
to cover the cost of replacement.
- Noise and unruly behaviour. There is a 10:00pm noise curfew after which we require noise to
be kept to a minimum for the enjoyment of all guest in the complex. Unruly and/or destructive
behaviour will not be tolerated and the tenancy will be terminated immediately with no
refund. Illicit activities are strictly forbidden on this premise. Any such activities will
be reported to the police, eviction will be immediate with no refund.
- Parties are not allowed on the premises.
- No pets allowed.
- Garage. The complex includes an under building car park. Maximum height is 2.23m. Beaches
International takes no responsibility for damage or theft or your vehicle or possessions in
your vehicle.
- Damage and losses from apartments. The management reserves the right to charge guests
for any damage, breakages or loss of property including the apartment keys.
